In 2007, The U.S. Investigations and Protection Agency and U.S. Fugitive Enforcement Bureau was formed to provide services for U.S. Federal Government agencies as a contractor and or collaberator. For example, the U.S. Department of Justice, U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Department of Defense and any other government agency requiring the specialized services or entering into collaberative effort. as well as a resouce for Law Enforcement Agencies, Bail Bond Agencies, All agents of U.S. Investigations and Protection Agency are highly trained and must complete advanced training regardless of their past experience with local or federal law enforcement. Agents must complete the following training in addition to continuing education in handcuffing, baton, pepper spray, compliance take downs, non lethal pepper ball, firearms (Revolver, Semiautomatic, Rifle and Shotgun), ethics training, fugitive enforcement, surveillance, first aid and AED, information databases, U.S. Federal and State statutes (in order to understand the laws governing fugitive recovery), civil and criminal court process and pass 6 written exams with a minimum score of 80%. (USFEB is not a law enforcement agency or goverment enttity)
All agents of U.S. Investigations and Protection Agency must successfully clear 4 FBI background checks, State Police background check , The Bureau of Criminal Identification Background check, Department of Agriculture FL., U.S. Investigations and Protection Agency and background checks. (No felony criminal convictions). All agents must be able to acquire licensing in states which require licensing or certifcation training for the duties they perform!!!!
In the previous year’s agents have successfully located, apprehended and assisted bail-bond agencies, Local police and sheriff's departments as well as submitted reports accepted by federal agencies which are assigned to specific federal statute violations. The agency was also responsible for locating missing persons. Our agents have shown over the years an intense desire to help people and and be a collaberative resource for municipalities when the need for assistance is required or after other options available are exhausted in cases which directly affect the safety of an individual. U.S. Investigations and Protection Agency has successfully trained Nuclear Security Personnel regulated by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission and received a high documented average rating of 9 out of 10.
